Ritti is an Operations Expert & has been responsible for multiple processes initiation, processes migration & development of new Operations Centers. She is a certified leadership trainer & a specialist in introduction of new technologies.
Prior to InTouch Solutions she was the Vice President & Head of Operations & Customer Service at Star TV (the largest television network in India, part of |
Newscorp corp.), and has worked in UK & SE Asia in addition to India.
Ritti has also headed DHL India’s BPO operations & was responsible for setting up the ops center by migrating all new technology to India, as a first for the country. |

Mr. Vishal Chowdhary
Vishal is a Business Strategist involved in introduction of multiple new businesses in India; & A Marketing Professional who has been responsible for many successful brands in the country.
Before InTouch Solutions he was the Vice President for Business Strategy & Marketing, Max Healthcare Limited (A joint venture of Max India with Harvard Medical International), which is today the leading healthcare provider in the country. |

Prior to Max Healthcare Vishal was the Vice President & First Marketing Head for Star TV India wherein he was responsible for introduction of new television channels that led to the creation of Star TV as the largest viewed channel in each genre.
Vishal has also been the Marketing & Product Head for other leading consumer / service based organizations in India.
